But what do you actually do?
Part of the question stems from The Institute’s three-in-one identity which, when we began many years ago, was a foretaste of the wave of transformation-oriented business and social sector organizations that have begun to emerge. We describe ourselves this way:
“The head of a think tank,
the hands of a business,
the heart of philanthropy.”
Over the years my team and I have developed specific products that will help companies and leaders. Lis
ting some of them might give you a better glimpse into what we actually do:
- Repurposing Business - A top to bottom look at the purpose of your corporation, whether a business or other entity, and how everything aligns behind that purpose.
- Foundational Principles – Examining the philosophical constructs that underpin your organization. When values and visions are not enough, you need Foundational Principles.
- LEMON Leadership – Seminars and workshops around radically fresh leadership concepts that have transformed thousands of leaders.
- Inspired Innovation – a unique methodology that takes ordinary ideas and transforms them into inspired realities.
- Convergence – understanding the integrated life, and through our “Corporate Convergence” offering, removing the barriers that are unhelpful divides between one’s personal aspirations and work life.
- Assessments – business, leadership and other assessments that cut to the core, quickly and unobtrusively, saving hundreds of staff and consultant hours.
